Effective Ways To Have Healthy Breasts - Diet And Exercises

If you are a woman, taking proper care of your breasts is very much essential for marinating your overall health and appearance. There is no doubt that having healthy, well-shaped, and well-proportionate breasts can improve your physical attractiveness and self-confidence. The occurrence of breast cancer can be prevented to a great extent by healthy diet and regular exercises.

A nutritious and well-balanced diet is an important element in how to have healthy breasts. Cut down the intake of foods that have high glycemic index and processed foods as they can increase the risk for breast cancer. Fortunately, there are certain types of foods that can assist you prevent the development of this deadly disease. Studies have shown that cruciferous vegetables, like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale and brussels sprouts, have the potential to reduce the risk of all forms of cancer, including breast cancer. Make sure to add dark green vegetables, red vegetables, and fatty fish to your diet. Also, eat foods that are rich in phytoestrogens.

Garlic can reduce the risk of having breast cancer. Turmeric is another natural herb that is considered as excellent for the health of breasts. Include these spices in your diet. Drinking green tea may also lower the breast cancer risk. Always wear a bra that is comfortable, fits properly and supports your busts. Avoid smoking and too much consumption of alcohol. If your body weight is more than the normal range, try to burn off the excess fat and maintain an ideal body weight. After delivery, do not hesitate to breastfeed your baby. Breastfeeding can help you lose your unwanted pounds and get back the shape of your breasts.

Undoubtedly, breast massage is an essential key in how to have healthy breasts. It is beneficial to boost the flow of blood to your breasts, alleviate lymphatic congestion, and improves the size, contour and firmness of the breasts. Breast massage also relieves breast discomfort associated with premenstrual syndrome and breastfeeding. There are three steps in a breast message. Firstly, with slight pressure, slowly stroke in a circular motion from the nipple out to the breast edge. Then, massage your busts using gentle kneading movements. It will help you to have healthy busts.

The third step is slowly and cautiously twist the breast in a clockwise direction and then in anticlockwise direction with your both hands. Repeat all these steps on your other breast. If you feel lumps or any other abnormalities while doing massaging, immediately consult with your doctor. Actually, it is recommended that women should do self-breast exam and mammogram regularly to early detect breast cancer. Remember that breast cancer can be cured if it is detected and treated early.

Performing regular exercise is also helpful in how to have healthy breasts. Pectoral exercises like butterfly press, pectoral presses, and pectoral push ups, are effective to firm the sagging breasts. Swimming can also help you maintain your breasts in shape.
