I developed right knee problems this past spring. Initially I developed a Bakers cyst which was uncomfortable so I had it drained. It returned quickly and larger. Shortly after that, the meniscus became damaged badly enough that the knee swelled significantly, was very painful to even walk with and was quite audible including loud grinding and clicking noises. This leads to the knee locking at times and prevented many activities. Stairs became a major obstacle. I had a similar but much milder problem 4 years ago on my left knee. Two orthopedists recommended arthroscopy to “repair” the meniscus/cartilage. I was scheduled for the procedure but had to cancel as I required cancer treatment at that point. I simply treated the knee with restricted activity and home physical therapy which required almost a full year to completely heal and become asymptomatic. The time for my right knee I treated it with a combination of your WHITEE patches and oral LC Balancer. I used the WHITEE patches as advised, 2 days in, 1 off in cycles. Over 6 weeks I used about 14 patches. I also used the LC Balancer for 8 weeks concurrently and after. I found the patches caused increased swelling the first day EACH time. It literally felt like there was an increase in blood flow to the injured area. Then, after the first three weeks, on the day I removed each patch, there was a significant improvement compared to the previous cycle. Each cycle would lead to the same pattern of worse for a day then a major improvement on the third day, until after 6 to 7 weeks, I was virtually pain and swelling free.
