Whose earliest favorite flick was NOT a Disney movie? Grandparents often choose a Disney movie for their youngsters. They know they can trust the story to be fun, the dialogue to be family friendly, and the action to be non-stop-and there is always something to appeal to the "grown ups" in the theatre, too. Just look at the recent blockbuster Ratatouille! A peek in theatre doors and you could find a cross section of Americans taking in Ratatouille. People of all ages and all types are touched by what has for decades been labeled magic. The Disney Movie Club gives you the opportunity to own Disney favorites from throughout the decades. Hundreds of titles are offered.

There are feature length cartoons and grown up movies from which to choose. Their list of titles for the older generation includes tried and true selections and newer hits such as Serendipity, Armageddon, and Finding Neverland.

Recent movies for kids, such as Meet the Robinsons and The Pirates of the Caribbean movies, are cataloged by the dozens. Watch for new releases in their membership mailings, but do not neglect to page through all the titles. It can be a real treat finding a long buried favorite film from when you were little like Robin Hood or Beauty and the Beast. Watching these hits of the past can be like finding an old friend!

And depending on your generation, you may have a bit of catching up to do! If you were not a child or did not have children to take to the movies in the mid 90's, for instance, you most likely did not see hits like Pocahontas and Mulan. What about if you did not see the Disney of the 60's, 70's or 80's?! Lady and the Tramp, The Sword and the Stone, and Bedknobs and Broomsticks! After so many decades making movies, Disney has just about turned out more hours of movies than one person can see during a lifetime!

Nurturing that little bit of childhood left within you is important. Walt Disney always delighted in making people happy, and for decades that is just what the company he started has been doing. The Disney Movie Club is an exciting way to bring home the magic.
