If you’re a computer expert, you can blog about this technology and attract people with the same interests. Believe it or not, there are even bloggers out there whose main purpose is to explain blogging itself! 3) To Earn Extra Income Another reason why blogging is so popular is because of the money you can earn from starting one. Advertisers have already realized the wide reach of new media. Blogs which have a lot of visitors and have a good amount of traffic are gold for advertisers. The more successful and popular your blog is, the more advertisers are willing to pay. You could also promote your own products or other people’s products on your blog for a share of the profits!
