There are many parts of your diet that may play a factor in hair loss. If you are losing your hair then the first thing you need to do is alter your diet so you can improve your hair and slow down the process of hair loss. Many of the things you should consider in your diet include biotin, magnesium, zinc, saw palmetto extract, nettle root, and muria puama.

Many people are aware that hair loss is hereditary. So your head looks exactly like your fathers and your older brothers and your grandfathers. Hair loss may be inevitable for you because it runs in your family. However, you can slow down the process and improve your hair growth by taking many vitamins that work hard to promote hair growth.

Biotin is a vitamin B complex known to work hard to promote healthy skin, hair and nails. When the body has a deficiency in this vitamin then it will result in hair loss. Vitamin B complex is also necessary for your metabolism for fats and carbohydrates.

Another important mineral is magnesium. Chemical reactions in the body require magnesium for energy, protein synthesis, neuromuscular transmission, and hair loss. It is also important for bone structure. You might consider a daily vitamin of magnesium every day.

Zinc is another essential mineral necessary for promoting your hair growth. It is also necessary for maintaining a healthy immune system and for your enzymes to function properly. Cell division depends on zinc for healthy skin, nails, and hair growth.

Men and women can also benefit from muria puama. It is important for energy in the body, protein synthesis, neuromuscular transmission bone structure, and promoting growth for your hair.

If you are suffering from hair loss and you are a man or a woman then you should consider taking multiple vitamins. There are many vitamins that you can take to slow down your hair loss process if your hair is falling out. There is not only one vitamin that your body is dependent on for hair growth, there are many. You must have a proper balance of all of these vitamins to ensure your hair grows as it should. However, you cannot stop the inevitable with hereditary hair loss but you can slow down the process.

Other vitamins you might consider are nettle root because it blocks the two enzymes which promote hair loss. These two enzymes include 5a-reductase and aromatase. The nettle room possesses antimicrobial and antioxidants also that are healthy for the body. You also might consider saw palmetto extract because it reduces the DHT and other enzymes that are known to promote hair loss. The sites required for the absorption of DHT are blocked when you take saw palmetto.

Many people have noticed a difference with the slowing down of their hair loss when they have altered their daily diet by taking multivitamins. There are many different vitamins that slow down hair loss and promote growth. You should consider taking these vitamins if you have this problem losing your hair.
