1. Drink plenty of water. The human body is mostly composed of water. In fact, most of our body weight is just water. Basically, water could give an effective and fast weight loss diet because it suppresses our appetite and it also speeds up the body’s metabolic processes. 2. Eat fewer calories than what your body could burn. This may sound simple, but there are actually a lot of people who wants to lose weight by exercising but still not able to have the kind of weight reduction that they desire. This is because they are still taking in too many calories. Instead of burning the stored fats in their body, the body will only process and burn the newly accumulated calories. You don’t really need to deprive yourself from eating the foods that you love. You just have to learn to ingest little amount of those

3. Regular exercise. All kinds of weight loss diets should be accompanied by a regular exercise. An hour of daily exercise is better than 3 to 5 hours of hard workouts during weekends. You could walk, run, climb the stairs, go swimming, use a treadmill or go cycling. These are good exercises for your body especially for your heart. If you want to see results in just a week time, try to burn as many calories as you can. Do that along with healthy and proper meals for a fast weight loss diet.

4. Liquid diet. Try to have 3 to 4 days of liquid diet in order to cleanse and detoxify your body thoroughly. Avoid sweet drinks and go for vegetable and fruit juices and of course, water. Liquid diet will result to more well-functioning system and instead of adding up calories in your body, you will be able to burn the stored fats which causes unwanted body weight.

5. Have a protein-based breakfast. Try to have a big breakfast every day because it will help you to suppress your cravings throughout the day. It could also increase your body’s metabolism so that you could have more energy during the day.
