Slimming down doesn't need to be a uphill battle. You can melt away 15 pounds in 15 days with the right fitness workout dvd. Here is a product review of some of the latest exercise videos out their, that I have enjoyed using. I know their are hundreds of these dvds on the market, and that it can be a little intimidating to find the right one. Just do a little research and you will find the best one for you. From the popular t.v. show "The Biggest Loser" is the Biggest Loser Workout Vol. 1. I personally never got bored with this aerobic dvd. There is an option that lets you link any combination of the different segments together, so you can swithch it up. and I loved that there was a way to have just music and no voice instruction. That made it a lot easier to deal with after I did it a few times. I also enjoyed the fact that the people in the dvd were not your super model types, but just regular people with regular bodies. They also share their advice on how they lost weight on the show. This workout program really got me pumped up about losing weight. Really enjoyed it. Next is a aerobics dvd from a girl named Tracy Anderson. She is a trainer to movie stars like Gweneth Paltrow. She is amazing. I sure felt great the next day. She is so positive and she makes it perfectly clear that you should just work your way up level by level. I really worked up a sweat with this one. This is definitely worth your time to do. This girl knows what she is doing. Then you have a dvd called Dance Off The Inches which is a fitness workout dvd that concentrates on your abs and your core. This video becomes a lot of fun about ten minutes into it. You just have to get the basic dance moves down. The girl Jennifer Galardi takes you step by step through the moves. I liked the fact that she didn't get very complex with the routine. I must of burned 500 calories during the 40 minute video. And I am for the first time in my life starting to see the muscles in my abs. Pretty cool. A couple years ago I was using the winsor pilates exercise dvds, and I really enjoyed those too. I have'nt used them in a while, but I still had a positive experience with them also. It just depends on what kind of workout you are looking for and what body part you are in need of transforming. Best of luck to all of you, Sara Finley
