Food Tips To Boost Your Sexual Drive

Any simple meal can be erotic if you enjoy it with pleasure. The physical enjoyment of food stimulates the production of 'pleasure hormone' oxytocyn which is in charge for sexual excitement as well. However, some meals have a stronger effect that others.
For Females:
-Green Tea. This drink is energizing and refreshing and is just perfect to use before sexual intercourse. Keep in mind that other stimulating drinks are not recommended.
-Eggplants. Give a powerful impetus to female nervous system leading to the enhancement of her physical stamina.
-Mango. It is better to use mango with dairy products, like yogurt, as it contain acidity which should be neutralized.
For Male:
-A mixture of Green and Black Tea. It is of vital importance for any man to consume an appropriate amount of water. But not on the actual day of sexual intercourse. It is recommended that water diet is held the day before the sex.
-Dates. Both as a separate dish or as an ingredient of some other meals.
-Warm milk with different spices. It can be ginger or any other refreshing spice.
-Pistachios
It is also very important for a man to have a good and sufficient rest after every sexual intercourse, otherwise it may lead to stress and eventually to serious physical problems. I advice to learn some relaxation techniques, yoga would be just perfect.
The above are just general tips about what ingredients your libido boosting diet must include. These recommendations are according some basic Yoga knowledge.
There are also other foods which are considered to enhance your sexual drive.
Oysters are said to stimulate the production of testosterone due to high amount of zinc they contain.Zinc is vital not only for male hormones, it is also a must for every woman.The lack of zinc provokes varuoius diseases of female urogenital system.
Chocolate contains substance called phenethylamine. The same element is generated in our brain when we feel strong positive emotions, like love for example. The only remark is that the percentage of cocoa in a chocolate must be high, approximately 65-70 per cent. The more cocoa it contains the better is the effect it produces.
Another famous libido booster is artichoke. There is a French saying that goes like this" Artichokes and wine, are good for ladies when men consume them".
Almonds, Brazil nuts and Pumpkin seeds can be called a natural Viagra for women, as the amino acids they contain increase the blood flow in female genitalia, creating a feeling of sexual excitement.
Not only food but also the smell of food can get a person in the sexual mood. According to the researches, the smell of vanilla and strawberry works best for men. Such unexpected choice of sexually arousing smells can probably be explained by childhood memories, as they are associated with something pleasant and safe.
In general any good dinner and wine can increase the level of endorphins, the hormones responsible for pleasure.
Eventually your body will react accordingly. It will release the tension in your muscles and create a cheerful and flirtatious mood.
Just don't overtry it with wine,as too much of wine has a completely oppisite effect on your sex drive. It will boost your desire to have sex, but reduces your chances to enjoy it.
Remember that brain is the biggest sex organ and your sexual drive depends on your emotions.
