According to the Disability Discrimination Act, it has been stated that lifts should be a major part of the construction. Every building either personal building or commercial building elevators or lifts should be installed. There are various benefits which you get from the lifts. On the other hand as the name chair disability lift are those which are immense support to the people who have physical disability or due to old age etc they face problem to use the staircase. Moreover, there are various lifts which are used for commercial purposes, like platform lift and short rise lift these are generally seen in the public complex whereas, disability lift or disabled lift, wheelchair lifts are a common view in residential apartments. But then you should remember that its is generally discriminated but than there is no such hard and fast rule that these lifts cannot used for commercial purpose and in the form of a platform lift in a residential apartment. Thus, there are various other merits about lifts, besides talking about the basic usefulness as it is automatically controlled you get information whenever needed, it is very time saving, they are automatic in there approach. Thus, be it disability lift, platform lift, wheel chair lift but then the ultimate thing is that it is a source pf comfort as well as on broader perspective it has various usefulness. Therefore, in this concrete world you should realize the positive impact of lifts in our life.
