Breakups are very complicated times in our lives. Right now, you have to deal with all of the emotional issues that seem to come up, all because you have lost the one girl that you truly do love. Guys, we are not equipped to handle a painful breakup with a girlfriend very well, so there is no use in feeling ashamed because you don't know what you should do and what is really going to help in getting back with her. It's only natural for YOU to feel this way. Songs on the radio, places that you pass by every day, and people that you see; they all remind you of that one girl that seems to have gotten away from you. You might even feel like you want to just break down and cry when you think about her. Again. this is all perfectly natural, and if you feel the need to do this for a few minutes, go right ahead. Just make sure that you do not let it last forever. What can you do to make sure that YOU are getting back with your girlfriend in the near future? 1. Whatever you do, don't get caught up fighting with your ex-girlfriend. Many times, when a couple breaks up, even when they still have lots of feelings for each other, they end up fighting all of the time. Call it pent up tension or whatever else you want to refer it to, you cannot get sucked up in the constant squabbling if you are going to get back with her. All you are going to do is end up driving a permanent wedge between you and her, and that is not going to help you get her back. 2. Hide your sadness and your tears from her. This is not to protect your ego or your image, but to keep her feeling attracted to you. Look, a woman may find it appealing to see a guy on a movie screen crying over his ex-girlfriend, but she does not want to see YOU doing it. And if she does, you can bet that she is going to lose her attraction for you. Women might say that they want a sensitive man, but trust me, crying over her is not going to help you get back with her. 3. Make sure that you seem friendly and happy whenever you see her. Sometimes it is okay to put up a front and not let her see how you are really feeling. Plus, people are always attracted to those that seem to be happy and friendly. This will help to make her see you as still being the kind of guy that she wants to be with.
