They can be really terrifying for any person. They are enough to make you say you do not want that ever again. For once, you can search the mainstream treatment. In many cases people use drugs to alleviate the problem.

They use antidepressants, beta blockers and tranquilizers. These are very powerful drugs and they must not be taken without medication. They do help, in some cases.

But one must not take too many drugs because they can have many side effects like sleep problems, dependency, nausea and diarrhea. The drugs are meant to calm you down and to make the tremors go away. But they will not take that fear of a second anxiety attack. The symptoms are so frightening that it is normal if you do not want to have another one. This fear can be the thing that will set the field for another attack. This vicious cycle must be avoided because only in this way you will be able to get rid of the attacks for good. After you get rid of the fear, you will feel relieved. You will not suffer from anxiety anymore. Curing yourself of anxiety attacks can not be made if you keep yourself under terror. So work around the fear in order to get rid of the panic attacks.

Just remember that drugs are not the solution. They are only a treatment that can cause a lot of side effects. The first thing you need to do is to eliminate the fear. Block it using your mind and nothing else. The pure will is your best partner and the only thing that will allow you to live a peaceful and prosperous life without suffering from panic attacks.
