To successfully configure Callcentric trunk in your pbxnsip, you will need to go through few very key points to be able to run everything quick and painless. The first thing is adding domain to your pbxnsip if it wasn't done by now. While this is a rather easy process, you have to pay substantial attention because you want to do it right. Making even one simple or common mistake can cause throwing off the entire configuration effort. After you do that, next will be the trunk configuration. This is where most people start to have problems at, and just for this reason it is most critical that you follow the instructions properly. Now you can go through the navigation and choose the trunk. You will be able go create a new trunk and setup the SIP account registration here. Every of these steps is required and crucial for the whole process. One of the most important things that you should know during this entire process is that filling out all of the fields is not only required, it is significant for how it operates too. There is no point to going through this process if you are not willing to setup it right. You must also submit an account or extension to be able to call. When you are adding an account, the thing you should start from is choosing the accounts segment and submit an extension which will properly interact with pbxnsip software. You are going to see a link on the corner of the interface which will say Create, and you will want to click it to start described procedure. You will then want to choose the extension part from the drop down menu called "account". Type in the number 100 as your primary extension. At this point you will go about creating a new pass phrase. Make sure to remember your new password. By doing that you will be able to access extension settings whenever you need to. It will require certain number of letters and numbers, so pay attention that you satisfy certain security requirements. You will also need to enter in an e-mail address for the client that will be using the extension. This is optional, yet still highly recommended. If you do not want to fill it out, you will need to just leave it unfilled. At the bottom of the page you add new extension which is your last step. After you have successfully completed the configuration process, all the parts of the system will be ready for calling.
