Grind whole mung beans into powder and store in an airtight container. Mix a tablespoon of this mung bean powder with water to make paste. About a month ago I started to drink one mug of green tea a day. Why? Because it is full of antioxidants that will help prevent free radical damage. This is key for beautiful skin. Quit drinking coffee and instead drink one cup of green tea. I prefer mine hot, but cold is okay too.

Recipes for fair skin- Mix one tablespoon of honey and table spoon of milk. One teaspoon of lime juice and half a teaspoon of almond oil add to that.Apply this paste all over your face and neck and leave it on till it dries, after this wash it away with normal water. You can follow this procedure at least thrice a week to observe a distinct change in your complexion. If you have become darker due to exposure to dust and sunlight, make a paste by mixing some powdered oatmeal, a little curd and the juice of a tomato and apply it on the face. Wash it off after it dries. This acts as a natural bleaching agent and lightens the skin gradually.

Beautiful glowing skin can be achieved by leading a healthy lifestyle. This includes eating the right foods. Everyone loves some food that offers no nutritional value, so try to keep the junk in moderation. Your skin is the body's largest organ so it needs healthy food as much as your internal organs do.

Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble nutrient that is easily excreted from the body when not needed. Many uses for vitamin C have been proposed, but few have been conclusively demonstrated as being beneficial in scientific studies. About 90% of vitamin C in the average diet comes from fruits and vegetables. Peppers--sweet green and red peppers and hot red and green chili peppers--are especially rich in vitamin C. Humans, gorillas, chimps, bats, guinea pigs and birds are some of the few animals that cannot make vitamin C inside of their own bodies.

The easiest of all the nutrition tips and the one that is recommended since we are a child is to eat right. One must always take rich and balanced diet full of proteins and vitamins. For this one must include all the green and other seasonal vegetables regularly and a lot of fruits, too. Another thing that is a must for the glow of the skin is to drink a lot of water. This is essential to keep the skin hydrated. All the nutrients are carried all through the body with the help of water and along with that all the toxins are flushed out of the body.

Foods rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D and anti-oxidants such as tomatoes, oranges, lemons, papaya, broccoli, amla (Indian gooseberry) will provide the nutrients required to make your skin glow and free from wrinkles.Aloe vera can be used in mainly two different ways; orally and topically. When taken orally it is used as a supplement and has shown to speed up healing in the body, help with digestion and delivers nutrients. When used topically it is very hydrating, soothes the skin and increases skin health.
