Growing Longer Black Hair

By: Black hair growth Home | Health-and-Fitness | Beauty

Hair loss in males is a very common sight nowadays. For them growing longer black hair may seem like a dream, and some may even run after those weird hair re-growing magic potions that telemarketers bombard viewers with. But believe me its all very simple, all that is required is your few minutes to this article. I’ll mention some very basic, easy to follow black hair care tips that anyone can be performed by anybody. Whether one is having natural brown hair or natural black hair, having a nice healthy bunch of shining hair is a common dream. Follow these steps to get closer to that dream!
Massaging hairs is a very simple and extremely effective technique that can help stimulate healthy hair growth. Spread your fingers in your hair, move them in a circular motion for about a minute, you can repeat it several times a day, as it helps in relieving stress as well, which in fact is another cause of hair problems.
Second most important factor responsible for healthy hair growth is how you brush your hair. Always use boar hair brush (their bristles are soft and gentle on scalp) or natural fiber. When you brush you hair, you stimulate production of hair oil which is very healthy for dry hair, also brush your hair only when they are dry.
Thirdly, keep your hair and scalp clean, wash them regularly to remove dirt and built-up oil residue that can block hair pores on scalp and inhibit hair growth. This factor affects female hair growth as well, as hair density is more comparatively than males. One must ensure that there is no residue left after washing hair, more importantly the shampoo should be mild in nature. I’ll tell you an interesting fact, just try getting your hair washed from a salon, and see the difference. You will notice the way they wash your hair, and the shampoo used by them produces less foam than the ones we normally use.
Now I will mention the two most important factors that will help you maintain health black hair growth, that is your â€diet†and â€lifestyleâ€. Yes, these two factors are directly responsible for natural hair growth. Make sure that you are having a diet that is constituted of green leafy vegetables and proteins, plus you are having at least 7 to 8 glasses of water everyday. Nutritious diet not only helps improve your overall health, but also stimulates the follicle to grow more and stronger hair. Coming on lifestyle, you should be getting at least 7 to 8 hours sleep everyday for a head full of healthy hair, no sleep means direct result on your hair, that can result in thinning of hairs slowly and gradual receding of hair line. Its all in your hands as how you live directly reflects on your crowning glory.
