Hair Fall Treatment - Natural Tips Can Treat Hair Loss Or Hair Loss

Baldness or hair loss is usually something only adults need to worry about. But in a few cases, teens lose their hair, too â€" and it may be a sign that something's going on.

Hair loss during adolescence can mean a person may be sick or just not eating right. Some medications or medical treatments, like chemotherapy treatment for cancer, also cause hair loss. People can even lose their hair if they wear a hairstyle that pulls on the hair for a long time, such as braids.

Losing hair can be stressful during a time when you're already concerned about appearance. Most of the time, hair loss during the teen years is temporary. With temporary hair loss, the hair usually grows back after the problem that causes it is corrected.

Diet tips for hair falling

Cabbage
Eating 50 gms. of cabbage leaves daily helps in the growth of new hair.

Coconut
Application of coconut oil checks hair-loss and facilitates hair growth.

Wheat
Taking the juice of wheat grass daily for forty days checks hair-loss.

Steps to prevent hair fall

1.Regular use of mild shampoo keeps the dirt and grime off . Clean scalp is the first step towards healthy, unbreakable hair.

2.Ten to twelve glasses of water keep the internal system flushes and eliminate toxins. Great for your entire system and hair.

3.Protein intake is necessary through consumption of leafy green vegetables, fruits and dairy products.

4.Brahmi oil is great for a lustrous hair.

5.Condition your hair twice in a week. Never apply conditioner to the hair roots which aggravates hair fall.

6.Vitamins, iron, protein and other nutrients must be present in your food. Spinach keeps you and your hair hearty and healthy.

7.Increase the intake of zinc. This prevents hair loss and premature greying. Food items like wholegrain flour contain zinc.

8.Surprisingly, copper, stops hair fall. Contained in the blood serum, it prevents hair fall. Peanuts, cashew nuts, beans, whole milk and seeds contain copper. Have them to check hair loss.

9.Mix lavender and bay oil with almond or sesame oil and massage on your scalp.

10.Massage your head, everyday, for a few minutes. It increases blood circulation followed by healthy hair and reduced hair fall.

11.Boiled with burdock and nettle, these are wonderful for your hair.

12.Rich in vitamins A and C along with the presence of various minerals, it is a great treatment for hair loss.

13.It is an anti-androgen which works well on male hair. However, women, on hormone therapy or oral contraceptives must not use this ingredient.

14.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.

15.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week.

16.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.

17.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.

18.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow

19.Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week.

20.Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.

21.Grind lime seeds and black pepper in equal number in some water and apply on the scalp regularly.

22.Place raw mango pulp in some oil for a year. Massage this oil on the scalp frequently.
