Hair Loss Causes And Stop Hair Loss Or Baldness Problems

By: dr. sarkozy mikal Home | Health-and-Fitness

Everyone that suffers from hair loss certainly wishes they could reverse the toll that aging has naturally taken on their hair growth.
Many studies and surveys have revealed that people that have a full or partial head of hair feel more confident in day-to-day life than those who have less than half a head of hair.

A full, healthy head of hair is associated with youth, success, and beauty, and who doesn't want that?

Because of the effects that hairless can have on life, confidence, and a person's ego, many people are in search for solutions to curb their hair loss problem.

Excessive hair loss is a condition that can affect anyone: man, woman or child and, in a society that emphasizes the importance of outward appearance, is a major cause of personal anxiety (which often worsens the condition) and common stigma.

Some loss of hair each day is completely natural as only about 90 percent of human hair is growing at the same time. Hair follicles that are not in a growing stage are resting and these resting hairs shed daily to make way for new augmentation.

Finding hair bathtub drain, on a hairbrush or on your shoulders should not be cause for alarm unless it becomes excessive in nature. Handfuls of hair on your pillow, large volume hair loss on hair washing, or a continually receding hairline are signs of extreme loss and should be addressed as quickly as possible.

Hair loss or Alopecia is a very frequent problem, which can affect both men and women. Before detailed review of this condition, find out more about the natural hair growth cycle.

A normal person, male or female, has on their scalp 100 †150 thousand hairs that grow approximately on an inch every eight weeks.

The diet should contain more green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soybean and vitamin A.

Every morning eat white sesame seeds as these include plenty of magnesium and calcium that are essential for the growth of hair.
A special Ayurvedic preparation made from Bhringraj (Eclipta Elba), Amala, corals, iron and black sesame seeds are very useful, and even stops the graying of hair.

A mixture of lettuce and spinach juice is high-quality to drink to induce hair growth. The juice of alfalfa mixed with that of carrot, and lettuce juice is also good to take.

Drink 1/3rd cup of aloe vera juice daily. You can also take 1 tbsp of aloe vera gel with a pinch of cumin. Take it thrice a day for 2-3 months to organize hair loss.

Home Remedies for Hair loss

1.Take uncooked egg yolk and massage it on the scalp. Keep it for an hour and then wash off.

2.Red henna is beneficial in treating hair loss trouble. Smear henna over the scalp and keep it for an hour. Wash the hair. Repeat this process in a span of 10 to 15 days.

3.Apply castor oil on the scalp and the roots but not on the hair. Wrap the hair with newspaper and tie it with cloth. Keep it overnight and wash it in the cock-crow. Repeat this for 7 to 10 days.
4.In a cup of boiling water, add a tsp of mustard seeds. Cook it for about 5 minutes and allow it to cool. Once cooled, drink this concoction.

5.Rub olive oil in the scalp. This would help reduce hair loss.

6.Take a few rosemary leaves and boil them in water. Strain the combination and store the liquid. Use this concoction daily to rinse the hair with.

7.Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary, 1 lemon juice and 1 egg yolk. Apply this mixture on the hair roots and keep it for half an hour. Then, wash off this mixture.

8.Extract juice from green coriander leaves. Apply this juice on the head. This proves worthwhile in treating hair loss.
