Home remedies for Asthma


â€The good cure for asthma-Use mixture of a cup of honey and fenugreek decoction with 1 tablespoon fresh ginger in liquid form
â€Mix 1 teaspoon honey, 1/4 cup of onion juice and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. This mixture provides you instant relief from blockage and improves the breathing problems or drop of breath.
â€Prepare a mixture of 1/3 glass of spinach juice with 2/3 glass of carrot juice. Use a glass of this juice thrice a day.
â€Mix 1 teaspoon in very warm water and drink slowly before going to bed to reduce phlegm from throat.
†Prepare a mixture of little camphor with mustard oil and rub it on chest. This will help you to decrease phlegm and aid in breathing.
â€Boil cup of milk with 8-10 cloves of garlic and drink it before sleeping. It gives better relief in early steps of asthma.
â€Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 5 grams of gooseberry (amla). Use it for fast asthma relief.
â€Boil the mixture of 2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in a glass of water till 1/3 part of the mixture remains. After cooling down the decoction drink it.
â€In a glass of buttermilk, mix a teaspoon of bishop's weed and use it two times everyday. It is very beneficial remedy for asthma.
â€Make a paste of 50 gm banyan root, 125 gm honey and 250 gm Indian gooseberry. Eat 1 tsp paste at a moment.
â€Use three to four dry figs daily in the morning. It would help to cure a person of sudden attack of asthma
â€Cook a ripe banana with slow fire. Pulp it and add some black paper on it. It gives you immediate relief from asthma.
â€Make a paste of mustard oil (or ghee) and rock salt. Massage this paste on chest, it will help to stop asthma attack.
â€Add a teaspoon turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. It is good cure in asthmatic attacks.
â€Mix 1 tablespoon honey in 1 tablespoon safflower seeds. Consume this one time in a day.
â€Make a paste of 13 ml honey and basil leaves. Use this paste when you feel that an attack is near to come.
â€In a glass of lime juice add 1 teaspoon ginger juice. It is very beneficial remedy for asthma.
â€Grind radish lemon juice and honey together. Merge for 20 minutes and cook it in pan on slow fire. Use 1 teaspoon daily in the morning.
â€Chew fennel regularly. It will help in the effect of chest tightness and prevents asthma attack.
â€Boil 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of pure honey, half a cup of milk and little garlic clove. Sip this liquid daily. It is very effective remedy.
â€Use turmeric with honey in the morning on empty stomach to decrease the force of attack of asthma.
â€Sprinkle some tulsi leaves with black salt and put it in your month when you feel uncomfortable in breathing. It will help to stop when the asthma attack is arriving.

Advices related Asthma

1. Stay away from mental stress.
2. Do exercise related breathing.
3. Avoid smoking and keep yourself away from allergens.
4. Avoid to eat dairy products (including cheeses), animal foods and fermented foods and pulses.
5. Avoid the use of air fresheners, deodorants, perfumes and aftershaves.
6. Always use air cleanser and dust mite protectors in home.
7. Never lie down at the time of attack of asthma. Sit up straight or turn forward.
8. keep your bedroom free from allergen stuff.
9. Avoid to eat fruits like bananas, guavas, apples because it contains high sugar.
10. If you are allergic to mushroom (yeast) then avoid fermented foods like pastries, bread, cakes
etc.
11. If you stay in air condition room then alter its filter sometimes.
12. Avoid foodstuff which takes long time to digest such as curd and buttermilk.
13. Avoid spicy and fried foods.
14. If your asthma is due to sea foods then avoid it.
15. Try to use a vacuum cleaner instead of broomstick to dust your room.
16. At the time of cold environment use scarf round your nose and mouth for safer side. It will
prevent the cold air n convert into warm air coming in.
