Health Benefits Of Tea

By: minniebramerad07 Home | Health-and-Fitness | Alternative-Medicine

Tea is the perfect solution for getting rid of laziness, aging, age spots and appearance of wrinkles. Green Tea is used for the protection against heart disease and cancer and is also rich in antioxidant treasures. The antioxidants that are present in green tea block the biochemical processes that are involved in the production of allergies.

Tea is also responsible for the control of inflammation during injuries and diseases like arthritis. Tea is commonly known as bone builders. Even after working out for hours in the gym non-habitual tea drinkers have lesser bone densities compared to that of habitual tea drinkers. It is scientifically proved that black tea and green tea is responsible for the protection against cancer.

Tea can also lower the bad cholesterol levels. Tea prevents the blood from clotting and clumping in the heart thereby reducing the heart diseases. Green tea plays a major role in the reduction of fat thereby burning the fat calories. The compounds in the tea are known as flavonoids and they are responsible for changing a hormone called norepinephrine which controls the rate in which the calories are burned. Intake of a single cup of black tea or green tea has more antioxidant power compared to that of the serving of carrots, spinach and broccoli. Decaffeinated tea retains 90 percent of its cancer fighting properties. It is scientifically proved that white tea has more cancer fighting properties than green tea. Thus tea serves as the most effective drink that maintains the body fit and healthy.
