They seem to be seduced by the idyllic illustrations featuring happy animals in sylvan surroundings. Nonetheless, fruit and vegetables have superior health giving properties to processed foods. They ar frequently jam-packed salt, sugar, preservatives and additives to improve the taste and shelf life. Really there is no need to resort to processed foods except in the direst emergencies. In point of fact,amongst many good reasons for using fresh food, is that is less expensive and ultimately tastes better.
