Hiatus Hernia Symptoms After Eating Can Be Painful But You Do Not Have To Suffer Because There Is A

By: Jack Ritchies Home | Health-and-Fitness

Hiatus hernia symptoms can appear at any time or in any age group though the 55+ age group seems to be most at risk

Given that we cannot pinpoint the exact cause we still know that certain people.

Yet again folk who smoke seem to be more at risk as do those who are obese or overweight. At certain stages in their pregnancy women are at risk of showing hiatus hernia symptoms.

Anything generating undue pressure on the abdomen, such as straining as is common with constipation, bouts of heavy coughing or even an abnormal physical effort, can be responsible. Therefore, those who are too weighty put some extra pressure on their stomach.

Likely hiatus hernia symptoms feature a burning feeling in the chest ares as well as burping and a funny bitter taste in the mouth; all decidedly unpleasant. To add insult to injury the ailment is sometimes made worse by laying flat in bed. If this sounds like you, it could be you are having heartburn attacks brought on by a hiatus hernia. If this happens, stomach acid will come back into the gullet resulting in more problems such as soreness and a burning pain. As well, acid reflux coming into the mouth has a bitter, sour taste.

Therefore, what can you do to reduce painful symptoms or, more preferably get rid of them once and for all?

You can opt out of any lifestyle improvement and enjoy life as it is. However, you can help yourself, but many people will find it difficult because they would prefer to suffer and still retain their current lifestyle.

Nonetheless, it's up to you, if you want a more healthy and attractive body you must change your approach to the way you live.

It's remarkable that there are still so many people who have not heeded the negative publicity attached to smoking or alcohol. It's up to you if you want to improve your general well-being you should say goodbye to tobacco and, at least, moderate your drinking.

It's a good idea to run an audit on your general diet as there are some foods that aggravate the problem. Likely culprits are food high in fat content and hot, heavily spiced dishes.

Many people are just too greedy and stuff themselves with food at one go. It's more preferable to stagger your eating throughout the day as opposed to three large square meals. Add in plenty of vegetables and some fruit and five, six or seven glasses of water every day and nature will ensure you'll feel much better.

However, you should also check with your doctor as some prescriptive medication is known to affect the digestive system.

Finally, factor in some exercise, perhaps a good walk for 25 minutes each day, and you will almost certainly find you are not troubled by any hiatus hernia symptoms.
