Histamine Intolerance Resolved By Histame

By: Daniel Marcus Manson Home | Food-and-Drink

There are many people in the world that have food sensitivity brought on by histamine intolerance. As a result, many people have had to simply avoid a wide range of foods in order to prevent suffering the symptoms. Histame is a dietary supplement that moderates the body’s natural food enzyme Diamine Oxidase (DAO), which causes food sensitivity and food intolerance symptoms. DAO occurs naturally in the body.

There is an important distinction that needs to be made between food intolerance and food allergy. Food intolerance is caused by a failure to properly digest specific ingredients in food that does not involve the body’s immune system. On the other hand, a food allergy is an adverse reaction to specific ingredients in food that does involve the immune system. Food sensitivity can be uncomfortable and at times a bit agonizing; however, food allergies can be life threatening. Histamine is for food sensitivity and food intolerance. It is not intended to prevent allergies.

Histame essentially restocks the body’s natural digestive enzyme DAO, which is responsible for breaking down histamine allowing for the proper digestion of food in the intestinal track. As a result, food intolerance symptoms may be avoided. Histame has helped hundreds of thousands of Europeans with histamine intolerance. In 2008, the enzyme DAO was recognized by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and is now available in America.

Some of the most notable histamine-rich foods include cheeses and processed meats. Wine and beer are among the most notable beverages. Strawberries, bananas, pineapple, tomatoes, spinach and avocados are some of the fruits and vegetables containing histamine. Among the many condiments include mustard, ketchup and soy sauce. Even popular foods like canned tuna fish and pizza are histamine-rich. For the most part, the longer certain foods such as fish or meat sit, the more histamine-rich they become, which is why processed meats and fish are so rich in histamine. By no means is this list exhaustive; however, it does give a possible explanation as to why so many people are not even aware that they are histamine intolerant.

In America millions of people eat combinations of histamine-rich foods nearly every day of their lives. One would suspect that one or more of the typical symptoms of minor abdominal cramps, headache, occasional fatigue, nausea, dizziness, running nose, watering eyes, flatulence, diarrhea, and occasional constipation could be considered just a part of life and not considered a result of foot sensitivity or food intolerance. Fortunately, Histame has given millions of Americans with histamine intolerance the chance to live symptom free.

The product is easy to take and is intended for children of age five years and older, teenagers, and adults. In order to obtain optimal results, take one to two capsules within fifteen minutes of consuming histamine-rich food. Histamine is not intended for individuals with food allergies related to their immune system.
