There are four unique body shapes, each influenced by hormones. This is the first principle of "The 7 Principles of Fat Burning". There are a lot of people that do not know that body shapes are affected by hormones. Most people you ask will tell you simply that they can't change what they were born with. The problem is actually a hormonal imbalance. The solution is to trigger fat burning hormones. The effect of these hormonal imbalances is an excessive distortion of fat deposited at various places around the body, which is what causes the 4 body shapes. These 4 body shapes indicate internal issues inside your body that need addressing. It is because of hormones that fat is deposited to these various regions of your body. The stress hormone Cortisol is one primary example. Deep in your midsection, the stress hormone Cortisol is at work, placing fat in this area. Estrogen is a hormone that will place fat around your hips and thighs. Many women have had experience with this phenomenon, also known as cellulite. These body shapes give you clues to what's happening in your body. It is because of distorted hormone functions that we end up with the body shapes we have. Certain hormones decide on what part of the body fat will be deposited. Fat is mostly used as a secondary source of energy for our bodies. Without fat we would need to eat constantly in order to have the energy to function. The primary fat is sugar. Fat is held around our vital organs. This is meant as protection against starvation but is very dangerous as it causes stress. Expectant mothers accumulate fat around the hip and thigh region so that the body can be sure to have plenty of fuel for the new baby. The distinctive quality of this problem is in the discovery that what different body shapes we have are the direct result of specific correlating glandular problems with the adrenals, ovaries, thyroid and or liver. This program will start all of these body shapes problems and since it targets all of these problems it is going to allow for maximum weight loss. Thyroid body shape: a totally different type of fat. Weight is located all over the body, and is not really fat but more like a waste-like substance which accumulates between the cells.
