How An E-cigarette Works

By: Sue Mich Home | Business

People are trying to stay healthy and there is a unique new device called E-Cigarettes it can help smokers to reduce smoking and they can also make their lifestyle healthier.

The E-cigarette is a device powered by batteries and it provides doses of non-nicotine or nicotine solution in form of a vapour that is being inhaled. No real smoke is involved in this operation, but the physical sensation is very similar to that of inhaling actual tobacco smoke, while at the same time it can be with different flavours; without the choking, coughing, and negative aspects of real smoke. The e-cig is a kind of an elongated tube and it"s outside appearance in many ways resembles a real cigarette.

There are automatic and manual models of the device. Sensor detects the airflow when the user inhales and activates the heating compartment within and it vaporizes the liquid solution stored in the mouthpiece. The manual model on the other hand has a button that the smoker has to press in order to start the heating and produce the vapour, which will be inhaled by the user. The liquid may be flavoured and it may or may not contain nicotine by choice of the user. It is reusable and has refillable and replaceable parts these are the advantages of this device.

A light is installed at the opposite end of the gadget and it lights when the devise is used. The e-cigarette may have different designs, but their components are the same "" electronic circuits, rechargeable battery, heating element and a mouthpiece, also called cartridge. The cartridge is a cup-like plastic piece attached to one end of the device. A smaller plastic container is placed inside the mouthpiece and this is where the flavoured liquid is stored. Air can float around this container and through a hole in the outer piece. This is how suction occurs and it moves the vapour in the user"s mouth. When the liquid is finished it can be refilled with another one, or a new cartridge that is pre-filled can be used.

The largest component of e-cigarette is the battery, and typically is a lithium-ion rechargeable one. The liquid is also known as e-juice contains nicotine dissolved in propylene glycol and taste may be. The heating element that we talked about earlier is required to evaporate the liquid flavor into the cartridge so that the user can inhale. This element is called a spray and lasts 3 to 6 months. There are different battery chargers - car, USB and wall chargers.

It is also healthier to be used by a smoker in replacement of their cigarettes. This unique device can help many smokers diminish the number of real cigarettes smoked daily and ultimately stop smoking.A light is installed at the opposite end of the gadget and it lights when the devise is used.
