These forums can be a great source of information, and networking!nn4. Find a mentor! The fastest way to learn is from someone who has already made the mistakes!nn5. Take action. You can grumble about money, or you can make money, but you can\'t do both! So many want to get going in real estate, but never take the first step. Remember, small steps add up to big changes, so set daily goals.
