Combining anaerobic exercises with aerobic exercise can be quite beneficial. Research has shown that anaerobic exercises help to loose weight fast. Also these exercises are quite rigorous and help in burning a lot of calories in a short time. Sprints and weightlifting are two common forms of anaerobic exercises. These exercises give multiple benefits and require less efforts if incorporated in workouts.

You should always begin your workout with a warm up as it helps to increase heart rate which in turn means that you’ll burn more calories. Warm up exercises in a way prepares the body for a workout. Resistance training techniques helps in strengthening bones and muscles. This type of exercise is generally advised by a medical practitioner.

In order to avoid cramps and muscle pain always stretch your body, prior to workout. Relaxation techniques like yoga can help in improving posture. You can also try meditation. There is no exercise that is complete without a proper diet. Try to consume protein rich food and stay away from fats. Also drink lots of water as it would help in flushing toxins out of your body.
