I want to sell my house myself as I know that I can save money when doing this. However, because the cost of homes has gone down a bit in the current market, I plan to wait to do this. Although I would prefer to do the selling on my own, I know that estate agents can bring in more potential buyers than I can, even if I am using the internet to advertise. If you have property that you are not sure whether you want to sell or not, the best thing to do is to let it to someone else. You can use agents to let just as you would use them to sell your property.
