How To Boost Immune System Very Easily

How can your immunity against diseases or infections get compromised?

It provides you with a defensive shield against countless diseases and infections. You are born with an immunity shield but to keep it tough and strong forever depends totally on you. The immune system comprises of cells, tissues and body organs and can be sited in the thymus, bone marrow, spleen, appendix or the lymph nodes. They work in unison to detect and discard viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi, toxins and tumors. If this incredible, complex and intricate system gets compromised it can make you susceptible to various diseases and infections.

It is extremely vital to increase immune system, failing to do so can weaken your immunity against diseases tremendously. Every type of immune cell follows specific functions which assist the immune responses. The T-cells and the B-cells produce antibodies to fight foreign elements like viruses, bacteria or tumor. Macrophages accumulate and demolish other attacking cells, while natural killer cells attack and destroy tumors and the cells affected by viruses. Granulocytes are white blood cells which remove parasites and bacteria infected cells from the body.

There are many crucial but vague causes that affect or deteriorate your immune system.
A few of these factors which help you degrade your immune system:

Unhealthy diet

A poor and unhealthy diet can direct you towards malnourishment. When your body does not receive any nutrients it tends to weaken your entire body and the immune system.

No exercising

To boost immune system you need to exercise regularly as it oxygenates the blood and enhances an even circulation throughout your body. The lymphatic system does not function well with lack of exercise, hence weakening the immune system and increasing toxicity in your body.

Stress

Stress activates cortisol secretion which is a steroid hormone produced by adrenal glands. This hormone suppresses the immune system and makes you more prone to viral infections and other ailments.

Corrupt Vices

Vices like alcohol consumption, entertainment drug addiction or smoking tobacco addiction can suppress your immune system drastically. It lowers the capabilities of natural killer cells and increases the toxic levels of your body.

Air

Polluted atmosphere can be a haven for germs and toxic elements. Inhaling such air breaks down your body’s immunity and makes you prone to various sicknesses and diseases.

If you want to lead a healthy and disease or infection free life, you need to follow a healthy lifestyle pattern. For men and for women who follow the basic instructions to boost immune system, find their life free of any ailments.

The few basic instructions are as follows:

Foods that help

You need to increase the intake of food which is rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, etc. Antioxidants destroy free radical damage and help you boost your immunity. Vitamins and minerals help with the synthesis of natural killer cells, red blood cells and B-cells.

Consuming foods rich in antioxidants and beta carotene include garlic, berries, cod liver oil, tomatoes, pumpkin, mangoes, watermelon, broccoli, apricots, etc. Foods rich in vitamin E include mustard, spinach, mangoes, sunflower seeds, etc. And, foods that are rich in vitamin C include sprouts, cauliflower, kiwi, nectarines, papaya, sweet potato, pepper, broccoli, berries, etc.

Exercising and Relaxation can help

The number of leukocytes and production of endorphins increases when you exercise. Leukocytes fight infections and endorphins induce sleep, which help you to boost immune system tremendously.

Regular exercising can improve your blood circulation and thus help the immune cells to reach the point of infection immediately and destroy it. Exercising also helps you to eliminate toxic waste from your body thus keeping it thoroughly cleansed. Sleeping and regular exercising can strengthen your immune system immensely.

Hydration does help too

Water is the main source of flushing out unwanted toxins from your body. Hydration can increase the alkaline level of your body, it can also wash out all the dirt and unwanted elements from your body and also offer a bonus by increasing the turgidity of the immune cells to function well.

It is easy to boost immune system if you follow a healthy lifestyle consistently.
