How To Create Your Perfect Self-image In 3 Simple Steps

Your self-image is the collection of your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about your self. It is your sense of self, it is who you think you are.

Because it is so deep in your subconscious mind, it literally creates your life accordingly. It determines how you feel about yourself, how confident you are, and how well you perform at anything.

For example, let's say you are a salesperson. You'll make more sales just by changing your self-image. Or if you're single, your self-image will determine how attractive you are for the opposite sex.

Therefore it is important to learn how to change your self-image for the better. It can and will transform your life.

Here is a way to do it easily, naturally, and having fun doing that.

1) Become aware of what holds you back.

First step is to become aware of what you don't like in your life. Whenever you feel bad about someting, whenever you complain, take a note of it. Especially be aware of what you repeatedly complain. For example, you might say: "I hate to be stuck in a dead-end job which demands all my time and energy, and leaves me exhausted." Also notice if you somehow judge yourself comparing with other people. That might be something like: "I must be stupid. Look at John, he had a promotion last month." or "Look how easily Bill earns much more than me. I'm not good enough, compared to him."

2) Focus on what you want, and make it perfect

Once you have written down what you don't want, and your feelings about yourself, do the opposite. Now write down, what it is exactly that you really, really want. And more importantly, how you will feel about yourself once you have achieved this state. It might be something like "I have a challenging, but fun working environment. I learn and grow each day. My teammates appreciate the value I create. I feel special. I'm smart and creative. I'm making a meaningful difference. And I'm paid well for that."

Make it as specific, and as perfect as you can. There are no limits. No restrictions. It's like you have the genie of the lamp.

Make sure that when you think of it, you get really excited. You must feel your self enthusiastic, fired up. If you don't, it is not good enough yet.

3)Focus on it every day.

When you're done defining what you want, write it on a card and carry it with you. And focus on it every day, often.

The most important times to focus on it is, before you go to bed and right after you wake up. These are the times when your subconscious is most fertile.

And when you focus on it, make sure you imagine it as vividly as possible. It must feel as if you're disconnected from your surroundings, and beamed to the time and place that you achieved what you want. In a sense, what you imagine must feel more real to you than your current reality.

It takes 21 days to form a new habit. And it will take 21 days to feel more comfortable in your new self-image.

And once you're comfortable with this new self-image, you can make another change. And within a year few months, your friends will notice it. After a year, those who did not see you for a while will be shocked to see the changes in you.

Granted, it will be a new, and much better you.
