A break up is always a disheartening situation for everyone. You feel miserable not just because you are no more together but the other things like remorse and depression can be more harmful. You may think that you are no more a worthy person when someone rejects you. Getting dumped is a too painful experience and coping with that is really a tough experience. Though you know things were not working well in your relationship, the rejection makes you too regretful. Your self esteem would go down to a worse level. You need to remember the fact that our life is not ending just because someone is dumping you. Well, you would be going through too much of pain and low self esteem but that is certainly not the end of the world. You have always a world in front of you and you should think positively always. Think positively. It doesn’t actually matter how long you have been dated together. It was not meant for you therefore it didn’t work well. It was any way not going to work in the long run. You should take things this way to console yourself and enhance your self esteem. Once you get over this trouble, then probably you would start thinking positively. You should realize that you have all the chance to meet a new person and start a relationship afresh. This is a huge world and there is no scarcity in finding single people. You may get a better one. Think in this way that you are going to find a person whom you are really looking for. You should find out who all are waiting for you and who is really interested in you. For this, you should enhance your social activities. We tend to be reclusive soon after we dumped by someone. Then we live a life which is isolated and painful. We do not want to come out and face the world and there will be a huge amount of extreme dislike for all around you. This is the wrong approach. If in case you are rejected by your date partner after a considerable amount of time spend together, you naturally get into depression. But you can fight against it effectively if you are willing to come out and face the realities. Well, time will heal all the wounds. It is a fact that with time the hurt feeling will be lessened. May be in the beginning of your new relationship you will feel doubts about its authenticity. That is too natural but it is better for you to let the time to decide what is good for you. Till then wait impatiently but try to keep your mind fresh. May be it is better you look for a new relationship after sometime. Soon after your break up, if you try to get into a relationship, you wouldn’t be able to cope with it because the wounds will be still fresh.
