The nice thing about booking a hotel online is that you'll usually get a better price. With websites such as Travelocity, you're able to sort the hotel by price, ratings, reviews, and other features. These travel websites usually tend to be very informative. They will provide reviews from actual guests that stayed at the hotel and they will also provide pictures so that you can get a feel for the hotel itself. A word of advice is to usually use Travelocity to find your hotel and then book from the hotel directly either via their website or phone. This way you'll avoid the middleman and get the best price possible. Negotiate with them Let's say you're going on a road trip and you can't plan ahead time with your hotels. Even though you're not going to be able to research, this doesn't mean you won't be able to get the best deals.
