Be honest, do you stand in front of the mirror in the morning and really admire your body or are you like 99% of the population and you persistently find fault. I have yet to meet someone who is happy with their body and does not talk about wanting to get a flat stomach. The first step to get a flat stomach is to actually like the one you have and then you can improve it instead of trying to change it. Losing weight is not as complicated as it seems. We want the opposite for our bodies. We want to burn fuel like it was going out of fashion. So, how do we increase our metabolic weight, lose weight and get a flat stomach but most of all, lose that belly fat. Here are 6 ways to increase metabolism and lose weight Eat More, More Regularly Instead of saving yourself for a big dinner, its ok to have snacks. I actively encourage snacks. Just don't have the snacks AND the big dinner. Snacks can be nuts, fruit, low fat cheese, dried fruits, plain biscuits and fruit juice. Six smaller meals are much better then two or three larger ones. Break Your Fast Not only is breakfast a very important meal but its important not to go too long without eating. Low blood sugar can lead to grumpiness - morning grump syndrome - poor concentration, lack of brain performance and tiredness. Try to avoid going a few hours without eating, without the exception of during the night when we are sleeping. Get Up, Get On Up I love James Brown. I exercise to his music.
