How To Get Arthritis Pain Relief With An Arthritis Diet

Arthritis is a general term for a condition that affects the joints in the body. Though there currently are no real cures for Arthritis and Arthritis pain, there are ways to help get relief from Arthritis pain, and even help prevent further damage to the joints.

Joint pain is one of the hallmarks of arthritis. The swelling, stiffness and inflammation that accompany this, sometimes debilitating, disease are the main causes of arthritis pain. Fortunately, there are now many ways to relieve arthritis pain.

If you are rheumatoid arthritis pain relief without medication you are not alone. Recent studies show that almost 1.3 million adults are affected by rheumatoid arthritis. Doctors are now learning the healing benefits of specific foods. Just by making simple changes to your diet you can help to relieve your rheumatoid arthritis pain without medications.

Natural arthritis relief can be obtained by using different herbs, seeds, and berries to make teas, infusions, and vinegar drinks. These drinks often have other positive effects on the system, in addition to their ability to reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation of the joints, and they are rich in vitamins and minerals. They should be taken as often as pain occurs to get natural arthritis relief.

It is important what kind of metastatic inflammation you have for you to eat the correct food. But typically, natural arthritis pain alleviation through food is simple to do. Dairy goods like milk and cheese should be low in fats to help minimize swelling. A lean cut of beef also works in the same way.

Arthritis Pain Relief with an Arthritis Diet: -

â€Cut a medium potato into slices, leaving the skin on. Soak these overnight in a glass of cold water. Drink the glass of water early in the morning in an empty stomach.
â€Make green juice from any leafy vegetable. Mix in equal parts carrot, celery and red beet juices. The juice will dissolve deposits at the joints and extra tissues.
â€Make and drink some fresh pineapple juice. The enzyme bromelain that is found in fresh pineapple juice is an anti-inflammatory that will help reduce swelling and inflammation.
â€Bring one teaspoon of castor oil to a boil. Pour and stir it into a glass of fresh orange juice. Drink one glass daily before breakfast.
â€Soak 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds in a 1/4 glass of water overnight. Drain and drink the soaked mixture first thing in the morning when you wake up.
â€Measure out one teaspoon of crushed fresh ginger and red chilies. Mix these in half a cup of sesame oil. Strain and then rub the paste on the joints.
