4. Water: Drinking of water as often as you like will help your body to detoxify and get rid of any dangerous toxin from the body. You should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. This will keep your skin well hydrated.

5. Take two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, two teaspoons of evening primrose oil, one teaspoon of witch hazel and four drops of thyme essential oil. Put all in a two ounce dark glass bottle and shake to blend. Keep refrigerated and apply to irritated skin as needed.

6. Other eczema remedies include the use of plain oatmeal. If your rash is only in small areas you can make a bowl of oatmeal wait until it is cool and apply it directly to the affected area. Leave this mixture on your skin for about thirty minutes and you will feel a difference immediately.

7. Make a check of the products you are using. Many a times the detergent that we use to wash the clothes and the body soap can dry the skin in the first place leading to eczema itch. Switch to an organic detergent and use a natural soap only!
