How To Improve Eyesight And Improve Vision Naturally

By: Dr. Mital John Home | Health-and-Fitness

Most of us take our eyes for granted. It is not until we face some vision problems, that we realize the importance of eyes in our life. Common eye problems include pink eye or conjunctivitis, cataract, near sightedness, farsightedness, etc. Although, prescription glasses or surgery are some popular means of correcting vision, you can switch to some natural techniques for permanent effects.

I'm sure you're still not wearing the same pair of glasses that you were first prescribed when making the visit to the eye doctor? Glasses only act like a crutch or a temporary fix and the longer you wear glasses the more dependent your eyes will become to rely on them to see.

Wearing glasses are only part of the cause why your vision gets worse and another reason is age. But taking the proper steps to improve eyesight naturally will help you see more clearly no matter how old you get. It's just like eating healthy and exercising; your body will last longer and stay healthier. By taking care of your eyes, they will also stay healthier and function the way they're supposed to.

The most common causes of scleral injection include:

â€Fatigue.
â€Eyestrain.
â€Abrasion or irritation by foreign bodies.
â€Infection or inflammation of the conjunctiva, cornea, or other region.
â€Ocular laceration or presence of foreign bodies in tissue of eye.

There are several natural (home) remedies available to keep eyes healthy and to deal with (and treat) minor eye problems such as redness and puffy eyes. A few examples of natural remedies are:

â€Use natural ingredients like aloe vera gel or coconut oil to use as hydrating gel or oil for your eye area. The area around your eye is one of the softest parts of your body. The skin in many times thinner compared to the skin on other parts of your body.
â€Stress is known to be a factor in many health conditions and eyestrain is no exception. Try meditation, yoga or other methods of stress relief to improve your vision and overall health.
â€Add spinach in your daily diet as Spinach contains iron, vitamin A, B and C. It purifies your blood, increases the hemoglobin and improves your eyesight.
â€Eggs are another very helpful substance for vision. Egg yolks are very beneficial for eyes, for many important nutrients can be found in them.
â€Look as far as possible and inhale then look down as far as possible and exhale. Blink your eyes more than dozen times. Do the same procedure by turning to your left and right then diagonally up to left, down to right, up to right and down to left followed by rapid blinking.
â€Fruits and vegetables are a great diet in taking care of your eyes. Usually yellow fruits and vegetables are the best ones. These fruits and vegetables are very rich in beta carotene. Papaya, mangoes, squash, and even spinach can be a great source of beta carotene. These types of food can help improve and maintain good health for your eyes.
