How To Increase Sperm Count

By: Dr. Mital John Home | Health-and-Fitness

Increase low sperm count is possible with external and internal therapy. There are various therapies and treatments available that can make the male to have healthy and adequate sperms in semen. Herbs such as Shatavari, Mucuna, Butea, Shilajit and Gokshura are Ayurvedic herbs those have been used to treat low sperm count since many years. They are reported to have natural sperm enhancing capacity and are potent aphrodisiacs. However, to get better results, regular consumption of such herbs is required. One can consume these herbs as a single herb or can go for some formula that contains a blend of above mentioned herbs.

â€Reduce Stress: - One is to try and reduce the amount of stress within your life. Stress can have a negative effect on sperm count. Many men who find they feeling stress over a work project, a family situation or even something out of their hands, such as a world event, will experience a low sperm count.
â€Eat healthy: - A diet that's low in fat and high in protein, vegetables, and whole grains is good for your health and for your sperm. Avoid bitter, astringent and spicy foods. Reduce caffeine intake.
â€Stop Smoking: - Another way to increase your sperm count is to stop smoking. Smoking has negative effects on many areas of the body including the sperm count. Men who smoke have slower, short living sperm. They also tend to have fewer sperm. The best chance for fertilization occurs when you have a high healthy sperm count. Stopping the smoking is also a nice gift to your soon to be newborn baby.
â€Cool down the Boys: - Keeping things cool will help with sperm production. When a man’s genitals become overheated sperm production can slow down. This means no warm pools or Jacuzzi soaks when the woman is ovulating.
â€Loose the Gut: - Carrying extra weight isn’t healthy for the heart and it appears that it might also not be healthy when it comes to sperm count. Obese men often have low sperm counts. This means eating healthier and beginning an exercise plan to reduce body weight. When the body starts slimming, the sperm count will begin rising.

This is because the erectile tissue after being used to its dysfunctional condition might have gotten too used to it. In view of the causes of erectile dysfunction, treatments have been developed. Some of these are successful while others aren’t. This depends on the type of cause of the dysfunction.

If the cause has caused a permanent condition for the erectile tissue then one can say that it is difficult to bring an erection back to what it may have been at one time. However, in most conditions erectile dysfunctions are cured, and the treatments that are being used today are successful.
