How To Look Good Half Naked This Summer Without Depriving Yourself Of Good Food! Very Realistic And

By: Peter Goligher Home | Arts-and-Entertainment

Its holiday season again and although its exciting to get away from your office desk or everyday chores, perhaps some of you have one major chip on your shoulder and that just might be a belly full of them from the long cold winter nights of boredom and those nice big long woolly jumpers you can hibernate under. Yes. Its summer, the season to bare all whether that be on an exotic sandy beach or a friends barbeque, you still don’t quite enjoy the fact that you have to suck in that gut for more that one hour.

So lets be realistic, being healthy does not mean crash dieting, it’s about achieving a healthy balanced diet that suits you and your lifestyle. This won’t make you size zero but it will trim you down so that you look healthy and neat in your summer clothes and not just that but you will feel good inside as well as outside which is most important!

During this hot time of year, we often confuse our thirst with hunger, so if you feel â€peckish†then have a glass of water and if you still feel hungry then your body is craving food. Try and drink 8 glasses of water a day, water helps to break down fat as well as help your skin look more hydrated. Stay away from sugary drinks as much as you can such as coca cola.

So when it comes to eating, especially during this time of year, eat more often but smaller portions and this way you won’t feel bloated and will help defeat that after dinner gut. Try and mix everything you require in your diet and remember we are all different so try and get to know your body and know what foods agree physically with you.

First things first - trust your appetite
Starchy food (portions per day, 6-7, eg, whole meal bread.)
Meat, fish, nuts and eggs (once a day, eg, chicken with dinner or few slices of ham)
Dairy (2-3 times a day, try milk on your cereal or grated cheese on salad)
.Fruit and vegetables (5 or more, blend a mixture of fruit and have a smoothie)
Foods containing fat and sugar once a week for a treat, your body does not really need these, aim to get your calories from the above nutrients.

There is a big difference in your mind craving something and your body craving something, for example eating out of boredom or comfort is not something your body craves its something you crave. Get out of that habit, replace your boredom with something else, exercise is a great way of keeping healthy mentally and physically and you start to feel good about yourself and most importantly will burn that unwanted fat and kiss goodbye to those love handles that you don’t love so much!

Don’t look at this as a diet, diets are boring, Make this a routine for you, your partner, children, friends and this is the way you should eat, this is the healthy way forward for you and your body. Have a great summer!
