I'm going to share with you a very specific three step plan guaranteed to remove your final bit of weight. If you're anything like me... Once the weight started coming off it all seemed like a breeze. But then it started to get tougher and tougher. Almost to the point that your weight loss stopped. Well, there is a simple explanation for this. The reason it is harder to lose the last 10 pounds is because it is mostly stored in "abnormal" fat deposits. Here's what I mean... Examples include: -White table sugar -White bread -Any product that contains "corn syrup" -Pizza crust This may mean adopting an "organic" diet.
