How To Lose Weight By Drinking A Lot Of Water

Don't roll your eyes! The potion for dropping that excess body fat is all around you. It covers two thirds of the planet. If you eat right and exercise at the intensity, frequency and duration proper for you, but still can't get rid of a little paunch here and there, you're probably just not drinking enough water.

Losing weight is not only time consuming in context with actually dropping the pounds, but its cause we in truth don’t want to abandon all the delicious foods that we consume everyday. However, if you find it really difficult, simply try this, â€Drink Waterâ€. Here are just some of the reasons why everyone should be drinking at least eight glasses of water day.

It naturally restrains appetite, increases metabolism, decreases stored fat deposits, improves kidney function, decreases fluid retention, helps muscles maintain their tone, aids in the prevention of sagging skin after weight loss, rids the body of excess waste, regulates bowel movements and finally, the best reason, is that’s its free.

Now isn’t that even exciting to hear and make you want to start drinking your full daily intake of water?

Now simply start by drinking a lot of water. Plain and simple. Try for approximately 8 glasses per day. Keep in mind however, that water can also be consumed through food such as fruits, which contain 90% water.

Here are a few tips to help you make sure you get your daily intake:

- Schedule certain times of the day to chug back 8 ounces at one visit. After you wake up in the morning, on your way to work or even during a commercial et cetera.

- Before drinking that coffee or pop, force yourself to get another glass of water down. You will probably not even want anything else after that.

- When you go to the bathroom (and you will be going frequently at first), refuel yourself with another glass before going back to whatever it was that you were doing.

- Measure how much water you need in a bottle or measuring cup, and then you can estimate your target for the day.

- I played a game with myself while I was doing a crossword. Every time I fit a piece into the crossword, I would have to take a drink. It seems pretty silly, but it worked. I do puzzles pretty fast, so I downed almost 2 glasses in less than a half hour. Be careful though, drinking more than 48 fluid ounces can be dangerous to your health.

- If you haven't reached your advised daily intake by the end of the day, consume some of your favourite fruits to compensate.

Use these silly but effective ideas daily, or come up with your own tricks to help you reach your goal. You will notice a difference right away. I felt better, I could see my stomach shrinking, and I found myself snacking less. It really works! Dieting does'nt have to be hard, it just needs to be done the right way.
