How To Prevent Cancer Through Fitness Boxing

By: Rahim Jiwani Home | Health-and-Fitness

You have no doubt on your journey to having a fit healthy-body, thought of being slowed down or even shut down by disease like cancer...Which is so extremely common today. It's quite scary how many people end up with and die from cancer each year. It's truly mankind's greatest enemy. If it doesn't kill you, it will destroy your fitness and wellness. So how can fitness boxing help to cancer-proof your body?

I'll elaborate (sorry for the technical jargon) by providing 3 reasons and insight you won't find anywhere. So what are they...

1. Fitness boxing will at the least, double the oxygen to your brain and triple the oxygen to your heart.

Did you know that not having enough oxygen in your bloodstream and cells (chronic hypoxia) can cause cancer? Keep pushing yourself further in your fitness training so your body can increase it's oxygen intake capacity. But standard cardio and aerobics have been shown to fail in being able to raise oxygen levels in blood and cells.

Boxing for fitness is naturally intense, involve varying repititions, constantly push you further and challenge you. Put more vital oxygen in your bloodstream by breathing through your nose deeply while fitness boxing. Because the exercises are intense, you'll take in more air. After all, oxygen is the essential ingredient to life...But warning - you may need a diver's tank to unload it all.

2. Fitness boxing is a fat-blasting furnace.

If you've ever tried diets or low-intensity long cardio, you haven't been getting the weight loss results you're looking for. I know how you feel. I've been there. But fitness boxing involves exercises and routines that vary their pace. As fitness boxing is done in spurts, your body will burn carbs from muscle tissue. In replacing the carbs, your body will burn fat after you workout as well. For getting rid of excess fat, I think boxing for fitness is the #1 thing you can do that'll get you results lightening fast.

Being overweight with bad fats have also been linked to many problems in life. In various controlled studies, excess body fat correlates with increase risk of cancer. As fitness boxing routines are intense and burn a lot of calories, it's a surefire weapon against obesity.

3. Fitness boxing is intense.

It's not about endurance. It's intensity. A Harvard University study compared constant cardio exercises to intense interval. The group that performed more intense exercise had a lower risk of death. Long-duration and low-intensity exercises that simply raise your heart-rate can be very bad for you over the long-term. Gratefully, fitness boxing is high intensity - through speed, reps, and explosivity of exercises (training is usually done in intervals).

If you're boxing for fitness benefits, you'll notice your muscles burning, breathing will get harder, and recovery time will increase - resulting in higher intensity. Rest between exercises... Just like a boxer would between rounds. For example, if you're doing fitness strength training exercises that are used by boxers and MMA athletes, after a tri-set squat-deadlift-lunge, rest for 2 minutes. Then go again. A life-saving fitness boxing exercise workout can help prevent cancer via shedding of bad stubborn fat, intensity of workout, and more oxygen in the bloodstream over time.
