How To Quit Smoking Cigarettes Once And For Good

By: Evelina Williams Home | Health-and-Fitness | Quit-Smoking

Many people try quitting smoking however only a small percentage follow the exact steps when they want to learn how to quit smoking cigarettes for good. I believe most of the smokers haven’t got the will power and definitely they need help in order to quit smoking.

You might often ask yourself: How am I going to struggle with the smoking cravings? How am I going to handle the mornings without smoking a cigarette? Does this sound familiar? What if just after one session of hypnotherapy or NLP you will find it incredibly easy to become and remain a happy, a confident non-smoker for life?

Quitting smoking isn’t easy.. You may wonder why hypnotherapy and NLP are so successful..well both our beliefs about smoking and our habitual smoking behaviors reside in our unconscious mind. Due to this very reason, smokers wish to quit whilst conscious, on the other side the powerful unconscious mind simply won’t let you.

When lighting up the first few cigarettes, smokers install unhelpful beliefs directly into their unconscious, usually not realizing that quitting cigarettes will be so difficult later on.

Here’s why most people fail when they decide to learn how to quit smoking cigarettes:

At the same time, smokers make a conscious decision to choose those perceived benefits of feeling better, more relaxed and more confident, over the initial physical reactions of inhaling the poisonous fumes. So as time goes on and those uncomfortable physical reactions start to subside, as a result of their newly formed nicotine addiction, they started to mistake the relief of feeding that addiction with feelings of relaxation and confidence.

Years later, after possibly smoking tens of thousands of maybe hundreds of thousands of cigarettes smokers have only increased their unhelpful beliefs and trained their unconscious minds wrongly. A cigarette will not make you feel better, nor make you feel more confident or relaxed. Actually smokers (especially teenagers and adults aged between 18 - 30) may develop anxiety disorders and depression from smoking, therefor smoking causes nerves and irritability.

Hypnotherapy and NLP allows you to retrain your unconscious mind of a smoker to automatically change your false beliefs.

The often mood swings, withdrawal pangs of irritability and smoking cravings will vanish while using NLP. These are the main reasons why so many people often fail to quit smoking for good. Hypnotherapy and NLP replace the cravings and irritability with overall happiness and improved self-confidence.
