These models offer a wide assortment of detailed information about your workout. This information is maintained within the heart rate monitor. These models come with computer memory to keep this information with you at all times. Many of the models in this classification include such vital pieces of data including, tracking your average heart rate, your individual lap times, and the amount of time that you spend above or below your targeted heart rate. Some of these models also track the amount of calories that you have burned. Nearly all of these models can also track your interval times. These models allow you to completely keep tabs on your performance. In many cases, you can even download the information to your computer for more permanent record keeping and analysis. The heart rate monitors in this group are all excellent choices, but they are more expensive than many of the other options.
