How To Treat Diabetes With Natural Home Remedies

Diabetes is a disease in which the body cannot properly manage glucose levels. Glucose levels are normally keeping pace by the hormone insulin; a diabetic does not produce insulin, does not produce enough insulin, or does not properly use insulin. The result is that glucose (sugar) builds up in the blood, causing both instant symptoms and long-term complication. There is no cure for diabetes and home remedies be supposed to not be relied upon to manage diabetes.

In type 1 diabetes the body doesn’t produce sufficient insulin to keep blood sugar at normal levels whereas in type 2 diabetes the cells do not correctly respond to the insulin. The normal fasting blood sugar is 80-120 mg/d L; this can go up to a level of 160 mg/d L two hours after meals. Type 1 diabetes usually occurs in childhood or adolescence but can develop at any age.

Type 2 diabetes is common among adults, especially those who are overweight and over age 40. These people are able to control their blood sugar levels through weight control, regular exercise and a well-balanced diet.

What is High Blood Sugar?

â€When the sugar level is between 65 and 140 for every deciliter of blood checked, it is considered that the person is normal.
â€A person suffering from diabetes normally has a blood sugar level of 250 to 350 for every deciliter of blood.
â€A person with blood sugar level of 350 and above is considered that the person is having extremely high blood sugar levels.

State, diabetes insipid us, also causes increased thirst and urination, but despite the similar name and symptoms, it's not related to diabetes mellitus. â€Numbness and tingling sensation in extremities or in any parts
â€Burning feet
â€Sweet smelly urine
â€Dryness of skin
â€Development of recurrent boils
â€Delay in wound healing
â€Blurred vision
â€Recurrent urinary tract infection
â€Development of foot complaints due to numbness

Causes of Diabetes: -

â€Lack of exercise
â€Excessive sleep
â€Hereditary factors
â€Over eating and consequent obesity
â€Mental stress and strain

Natural Treatment for Diabetes: -

â€Mix 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder to a liter of water. Heat this water for 20 minutes. Strain this mixture and have the water when warm.
â€For people who have higher sugar level, chew 3-4 leaves of jamun (Syszygium cumini) in the morning and evening. One can also mash 3-4 leaves of jamun tree in half cup of water and drink it.
â€Prepare a fine powder of dry amalaki. Put this powder in water and let it stand for some time. Then filter the solution and squeeze lemon juice in it. Take this early in the morning. It is very beneficial in controlling diabetes.
â€Consume ten leaves each of basil, neem and belpatras with a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning. This would be very useful in treating diabetes.
â€Eating Indian plum, tomatoes and oranges are also beneficial in controlling diabetes. Taking these fruits in your diet in a limited quantity say about 300 grams on a daily basis will be very effective.
