I couldn't believe what I was hearing from her mouth, I always thought we could work anything out as long as we kept talking. However, it was evident that I was wrong, at least, for the moment. AS I watched her walk out the door, I felt my heart suddenly stop, I fell to the floor sobbing My whole world just walked out of my life, and I found myself screaming out the words, I want my girlfriend back. If this is your story then I there may still be hope for you, I have been there too many times begging her to understand me, and listen to what I am saying. So the question you probably have is where do I go from here? The best thing at this point would be to have a cooling off period, women don't think logical like men do, they tend to go with their emotions, and a lot of times they aren't sure why they feel the way they do. Chill for a while; let her figure things out on her side. In the meantime, this will be a good time for you to get yourself together, when I was going through my break up with my girlfriend, I had lost a lot of self esteem figured that I wasn't worth loving, after all, my whole world had been turned upside down when she walked out the door. So I had to start to build myself up by looking in the mirror every morning and saying out loud to myself. I am a good man, I am strong and able to do all things that I need to do and I am lovable. It took awhile but over time I believed in myself again, ok enough about me. That's where you need to start. How about your appearance, are you taking care to look your best? Your woman does not want to love someone with a sloppy unclean appearance, so do not appear like one. Be happy, positive and work to make your life better. Recognize that you have value, she has value and your relationship has value. Pick up some new closes and get a haircut this will help you to feel good about yourself. You have to be someone your girlfriend can like before you can begin to make her fall in love again.
