Can it get any more difficult than choosing between HTC phones and Samsung phones? It is like choosing between the two best. But, it is not quite necessary to be very precise and clear as to which is better in a general context. HTC is more of a smart phone specialist; whereas Samsung has its presence across all the segments in the business of mobile handsets. But, both of them bring handsets rich in features and new technology every time they bring a new product in the market. However, it has to be understood that the competition is just not between these two giants. Rather, it is quite broader than that. There are numerous others who are there as a party to the entire saga. For instance, you just can not put Nokia, Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, LG and numerous others out of the loop simply because it is HTC phones vs Samsung phones. But, putting it to the point makes sense as there would simply be no end to it in case we bring all of them into the fray. Delving deep into the intricacies would reveal that HTC is more about high-end phones, but Samsung fits the bill in every segment. In general htc phones brings out smart phones with touch screen, QWERT key pad and many other features in attendance. These phones are based over mobile operating system, either from Microsoft or Google. Some names would give space to HTC Wildfire, Desire Z, Legend, 7 Trophy , HD7, Desire HD and many others. All of these are high end phones with many additional inputs. Samsung on the other hand brings mobile handsets that express the sheer brilliance of the famed Korean tech brains. They have their valid presence in the high-end segment of touch-screen smart phones, but they have much bigger imprint over the business of mobile handsets in general. They have their own Samsung Pink 3310, i8510, Wave, Jet, Galaxy S, etc to compete with the best in the smart phone segment. That way it is just not that easy to get the clear winner out of the two. So, it is always advisable to go with the individual preference and other factors like specific feature needs and budget.
