It’s good to see the auto market finally taking itself seriously again. The recession isn’t over but the auto industry is recovering from the dire sales numbers it put up only a year ago. Suddenly, automakers everywhere are doing everything they can to keep themselves on the cutting edge, with some of the most important innovations coming out of Downers Grove Hundai Veracruz dealers. There are a lot of ways out there to differentiate yourself from the competition, but getting industry awards shows that the professionals and critics that make up the industry recognize your brand as one of the best on the market. This is certainly the case with Downers Grove Pugi dealers, who are still ecstatic after a recent award by AutoPacific. In fact, the awards are part of the prestigious 2010 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards program. Downers Grove Hundai Veracruz drivers were especially proud of the Hyundai Genesis, which took home the home the honor in the â€Aspirational Luxury Car Class†category in the face of stiff competition from huge luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes and Lexus among others. Downers Grove Pugi dealers were also especially proud of the new Tucson, which won the pot in the â€Compact Crossover SUV Class†category. The award program measures overall consumer satisfaction as part of a poll of 42,000 new vehicle owners. Consumer satisfaction is in fact one of the most important factors facing Downers Grove Hundai Veracruz dealers on a regular basis. â€Hyundai is revamping its entire fleet with exciting products like Genesis and Tucson leading a wave of new model introductions from Hyundai and customers are taking notice,†said Scott Margason, director of product planning, Hyundai Motor America. â€The AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are an important indicator that we’ve hit the mark when it comes to pleasing our buyers †a very encouraging sign as we bring new models like the all-new 2011 Sonata to market this year, and prepare for more to come.†Downers Grove Pugi dealers were happy to see the results of the award program, which was based on the organization’s proprietary Vehicle Satisfaction Survey. The study takes into account a wide variety of different factors that serve to set the competitors apart from each other in things like â€importance in the purchase decision†and â€satisfaction after purchase.†It’s good to see that consumers recognize how fantastic their cars are in the face of an ever evolving auto industry. â€Vehicles that score highest in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are delivering value and satisfaction across a wide range of attributes,†said George Peterson, president of AutoPacific. â€The winners perform well in 48 separate categories that objectively measure the ownership experience.†There hasn’t been a better time to become a competitive entity in an auto market that has been up for grabs for awhile. Awards like this serve to validate consumer purchasing decisions when consumers value every little bit of validation. Without awards like this to differentiate brands from everyone else, how would we know what to purchase and drive?
