Importance Of Tea

Consumers should know that tea means agricultural product coming from leaves, leaf buds, internodes of Camellia sinensis plant which is obtained by using different methods. People should also know that tea also termed as aromatic beverage made with the aid of cured leaves by combining both hot and boiling water. Consumers should know that on the earth after water, tea is the only source which is highly consumed across the globe. The taste of the tea is quite cool, bitter , and having astringent flavour which everbody enjoys today in their regular life.

There are many types of tea available in the market like black tea, oolong tea, green tea and white tea which is prepared from the similar bushes having varied processing. Pu-erh tea is one of the most famous tea which is a post-fermented tea now available in the market. Not only this there is availability of herbal tea also in the market people will surprise to find . And herbal tea means infusion and tisane of leaves, flowers, fruits, herbs and varied plant materials having no prescence of camellia sinensis. In india consumer can see red tea and black tea which is the product of pure usages of leaves addition only . In the same way red tea means an infusion which is prepared in south african rooibos plant as nott using camellia sinensis. And this same tea is called as black tea in china, korea, japan and east asia.

Consumers should have the information that dry tea has more caffeine than coffee by weight. And due to this quality dried coffee is basically used for the preparation of beverages. The best feature of tea is that it is not having the prescence of carbohydrates, fat and proteins in them. If the tea plant is left for grow then it might turned up into tree , so in order to make the plucking more convenient the cultivated tea plant are cut to waste its height. Consumers will also find two types of tea leaves in the world. Firstly small leaves china plant which is used in chinese, formosan and japanese teas. And the other one is larger leaves assam plant which is having usage in most indian teas with other vaied teas commonly known. Such tea plants grows in tropical and sub-tropical weather and always remain evergreen.
