Increasing Sperm Count Naturally

As this is so, it is best to avoid smoking at all cost, and to drink alcohol only moderately. If you have been smoking or drinking for some time now, improve your blood circulation by getting massages with herbal oil. You should also carry out or maintain the right diet of high protein, low fat, and rich in vegetables and whole grains, while avoiding bitter and spicy food.
