It can be remarkably frustrating when searching for women's ministry resources only to find that your budget for it isn't going to cover even half of the resources that would really make a positive impact on your ministry. Women's ministry resources need to be affordable even for low budget mission groups in order to be implement-able. Finding the perfect resources that are perfectly out of financial reach leads to basic frustration. While some churches have larger budgets than others, the more affordable they are the more people can be inspired and utilize their inspiration for good work. This is an exercise in basic logic. So what is a women's ministry leader to do? The fortunate answer is that there are affordable ones out there that are more than just inexpensive. They are honest, exciting, inspiring and real. This is an exciting development in women's ministry resources, especially for smaller, grass roots missions. The small grass roots churches out there are the ones in the most need of inexpensive resources. Typically, their women's ministry is very small, perhaps just a few people. These few people have taken on an enormous challenge, and over time their enthusiasm wanes a bit. The waning enthusiasm leads to a waning level of creativity. This really tends to discourage small grass roots organizations. In fact, it is simply a natural part of the process. This basic and normal frustration is exactly why these smaller churches are in such desperate need of inexpensive resources. Providing inexpensive women's ministry resources means more than just a cost effective method of inspiring these smaller ministries. It is a method of allowing them the chance to grow and to expand and bring women's ministries to life. This provides for a solid springboard to grow not only in the church, but in the community. When these ministries are able to grow in the community, they are able to literally change lives for the better, offer real solutions to women, and bring women into their own light through the dramatic changes that Christianity can bring to of a woman's life. There need to be more inexpensive women's ministry resources available to these ministries. There simply aren't enough resources out there that can produce powerful impact at an affordable price. This hurts everyone in the long run. Inexpensive women's ministry resources require the ability for the publisher of the resources to balance business performance with ministry impact. Publishers need profitably to continue to operate, but profitability has to be tempered with reaching the women's ministries that most desperately need strong and creative women's ministry resources. Being able to provide inexpensive resources is a huge gift to the world. The more people who can be reached, the more powerful they become. Women's ministry resources that only reach a small percentage of ministries are not doing their due service. Those resources that are priced to reach the vast majority of women's ministries are reaching the populations which most need these valuable resources. Many grass roots ministries need every penny and every ounce of help they can get. This is imperative in getting these programs off the ground and out into their community. The proverbial "weight of the world" often rests on the shoulders of those who run small church ministries, and they need more than encouragement and accolades, they need acceptably priced women's ministry resources to help their programs grow. It is exciting to be able to help smaller organization by offering fair and reasonable resources. It is fulfilling and a powerful statement of what just a little cooperation can produce in the world. These phenomenal women's ministry resources are the powerful, life-changing tools these smaller organizations need. By making inexpensive resources available, churches and Christians are sure to be strengthened.
