Green tea is a kind of tea prepared solely from the leaves of Camellia sinensis which undergoes low oxidation during processing. Green tea originates from China which is associated with different cultures in Asia, Japan, and Middle East. Recently, green tea has become more popular in the West, where people mostly consume black tea traditionally . Different varieties of green tea have been prepared in those countries where it grows. Different types of tea are generally graded on the basis of the quality, the parts of plant getting used, and the way they are processed. Consumers will find great variations in both price and quality within the broad categories of green tea . And one should also keep the information that there are several special green teas that dont come in those spectrum. Mostly people like the most the Japanese green tea coming from the Yame region of Fukuoka Prefecture and Uji region of Kyoto in the market . Not only this the Shizuoka Prefecture produces 40% of raw tea leaf in the market.
