One should know that tea means agricultural product coming from leaves, leaf buds, internodes of Camellia sinensis plant which is obtained from by using different methods. It is also believed that tea also termed as aromatic beverage made with the help of cured leaves by combining both hot and boiling water. One should know that on the earth after water, tea is the only source which is highly taken across the globe. The taste of the tea is quite cool, bitter , and having astringent flavour which everbody enjoys today in daily life.

There are several types of tea available in the market such as black tea, oolong tea, green tea and white tea which is prepared from the alike bushes along with having varied processing. But white tea growth is done differently. Pu-erh tea is one of the most famous tea which is a post-fermented tea found in the market. Not only this there is availability of herbal tea also in the market . And herbal tea means infusion and tisane of leaves, flowers, fruits, herbs and many plant materials having no prescence of camellia sinensis. In india as we say red tea and black tea which is the product of pure usages of leaves addition only nothing else. In the same way red tea terms to an infusion which is prepared in south african rooibos plant and it also don't use camellia sinensis and this same tea is known as black tea in china, korea, japan and east asia.

One should have the information that dry tea contains more caffeine than coffee by weight. And due to this quality dried coffee is generally used for the preparation of beverages. The best feature of tea is that it don't have carbohydrates, fat and proteins. If the tea plant is left
for grow then it might turned into tree but for making plucking more convenienltydone the cultivated teaplant cut to waste its height. One will also find two kinds of tea leaves in the world. First is small leaved china plant which is used in chinese, formosan and japanese teas. And the other one is larger leaves assam plant which is having usage in most indian teas and other vaied teas commonly found. These tea plants grows in tropical and sub-tropical weather and always remain evergreen.
